Originally formed as an identity caucus within the Utah Democratic Party, the Utah State Hispanic Democratic Caucus (USHDC) is comprised of state party delegates who caucus to support the nomination and election of Latino Democrats.
In 2014, USHDC established itself as a Political Action Committee (PAC) with the State of Utah.
